For self-catering our apartments are well equipped. In addition, we are happy to offer you our bread & roll service.

The prices of our rooms are per person/night, include VAT, breakfast from the buffet and the use of the wellness area. Local taxes and final cleaning of the rooms are charged separately. Errors, price and seasonal changes reserved.

For technical errors or mistakes in the online reservations from any booking platforms, we assume no responsibility / liability. Please contact us or the respective provider in confidence.
Please note that for stays up to 4 nights, as well as for bookings over New Year’s Eve, a surcharge of 10% can be charged. Furthermore, for reservations up to 4 nights, as well as for the opening and the end of the season, the higher prices apply.

CHILDREN DISCOUNT SUMMER
The children discount is valid from two full-paying persons in a double room.
0-3 years – 100% on the daily price
4-6 years – 50% on the daily price
7-10 years – 30% on the daily price
11-15 years – 20% on the daily price
CHILDREN DISCOUNT WINTER
The children discount is valid from two full-paying persons in a double room.
0 – 1 years – € 10,- per day
2 – 3 years – € 30,- per day
4 – 7 years – 50 % from the daily price
8 – 11 years – 30 % from the daily price
12 – 15 years – 20 % of the daily price
We are happy to provide a baby crib upon request.
FINAL CLEANING
Per apartment once € 18,-
LOCAL TAX
€ 3,00 per person and day of stay.
SILVRETTA CARD PREMIUM
For the summer and autumn season the Silvretta Card Premium is automatically added. € 6,00 per person and day of stay can be paid at our house as well as the local tax.
For booking in the off-seasons and summer and autumn the following provisions apply:
We ask you to make a deposit of 40% within 10 days with the conclusion of the reservation. Only in this way we can guarantee a firm booking. Checks are not accepted.
Deposit for the winter season:
In case of a fixed reservation of a room we ask you to pay 60% of the total amount within 7 days.
Deposits arrive by bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisenbank Paznaun/Ischgl:
IBAN: AT53 36248 0002 3770 BIC: RZTIAT 22248
We ask for your understanding that in case of late arrival or early departure the overnight stay will be charged according to the binding reservation. If less person arrives, it will also be charged according to the booking.
The payment of the hotel bill can be made in cash (Euro) as well as with Maestro Card or with credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).
We do not give refunds for services not consumed.
Checks are not accepted.
For stays in the off-seasons and summer and fall, the following cancellation rules apply.
Our cancellation policy for May to November 2023:
- up to 30 days before departure free cancellation
- from 30 days before departure 70% of the total price
- from 14 days before departure 90% of the total price
The following cancellation conditions apply for the winter season 2023/2024:
- up to 3 months before departure: free of charge
- from 3 months before departure: 40%
- 1 month to 7 days before departure: 70% of the total price
- 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
- 1 day before arrival and no-show 100%.
Basically the Austrian hotel contract conditions are considered as agreed. AGBH
The place of jurisdiction is Landeck/Tyrol. Place of performance is the place where the accommodation is located.
The cancellation declaration must be received by us in writing and confirmed by us in writing. We would like to point out that bank charges or transaction fees for credit card remittances are not covered by the hotel.
We recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance for your personal safety! This is also valid in case of a possible COVID-19 – illness upon arrival.
INTERNET
Our house is equipped with WLAN. You are welcome to use this service free of charge. You will receive a code at the reception with which you can surf the internet or send mails.
We are not liable for any failures.

If there are several bookings for a room/apartment of any category, we kindly ask for your understanding that we give preference to the earlier booking. We cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors. Due to advance reservations, we also ask for your understanding if there may be deviations in the dates.
DOGS
In our house, dog lovers can enjoy the presence of the house dog Asko, who loves to greet each guest personally and especially loves cuddling.
So that all our guests and also Asko have it fine together, we do without further animal visits.
Allergy sufferers of course do not need to cuddle and rooms / apartments are of course pet free.
